  • ...which leads on to a good sized, resin bonded (exterior renovations were completed in January 2020) private parking space, which can accommodate one large vehicle/people carrier - a real bonus for Dartmouth.

  • In March 2023, we installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Point at our property, with access to be arranged via emailing the owners/agency. This is one of the first and very few EV chargers in Dartmouth and surrounds.

The location of The Old Wash House is quiet, where there is plenty of open space, good views and lots of natural light comes into the cottage via its windows and doors. The town's bowling green is right outside.

The walk from The Old Wash House into town takes a matter of minutes and is flat. No hill climbing required!
